This position would serve NEWCare assisted living facilities and provides the appropriate individual with flexibility and variety.  These Caregiver/PCW positions help to create an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive regard as well as a calm environment for the residents.  The Caregiver/PCW works in a long term care home-like setting and provides the residents with routine assistance and care like cooking, cleaning and personal cares.

  • The employee will be trained for both assisted living facilities which will offer opportunity for a flexible schedule and choice placement to benefit the employee and facility.
  • These positions are considered night shift with a 12 hour shift from 6 PM to 6 AM and an eight hour shift from 10 PM to 6 AM.
  • These are full-time positions inclusive of the full benefit package.  Although the openings are full-time, individuals interested in part-time are welcome to apply.
  • Position requires individual to work every other weekend/every other holiday.

Full-time positions provide benefits including health, dental and life insurance, a flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) program among others.  The appropriate inexperienced applicant will be trained on-the-job and classroom training will be paid by NEWCare.  .

These positions may benefit those individuals who are considering going to school to get certified as a Nursing Assistant.  NEWCare may send the appropriate individual to school for the Nursing Assistant program and pay for certification.

NEWCare is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants for the evening (PM) shift. These individuals will continue to provide traditional CNA cares and functions and will also be participating in the creation of care plans and may participate in the activities for their group in an expanded role in order to provide better resident/patient care. There are full and part time openings available:

*2:00 PM to 10:00 PM – $.75/HOUR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL ADDED TO BASE WAGE.
*2:00 PM to 2:00 AM – $1.00/HOUR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL ADDED TO BASE WAGE.
*6:00 PM to 10:00 PM – $1.50/HOUR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL ADDED TO BASE WAGE.
*12 HOUR SHIFTS: WORK 36 HOURS – GET PAID FOR 40!
*EVERY WEEKEND INCENTIVE: WORK EVERY WEEKEND ADD $2.00/HOUR TO BASE WAGE.

Individuals are required to work every other weekend/every other holiday. Full-time status is gained by working 30 or more hours per week and includes insurance benefits. Part-time positions include Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual.

NEWCare has an opening available for a Licensed Practical Nurse, or a Registered Nurse to fill a part-time, evening, (PM) Charge Nurse position.  A Charge Nurse will:

*Assess and monitor skilled nursing facility patient health problems.
*Administer nursing care.
*Implement care plans and maintain medical records.
*Maintain a  leadership role assignment with direct care nursing staff.

Wage is based on experience and will be discussed in the interview. NEWCare offers a $.75/hour shift differential for the PM Shift. Part-time employees can acquire extra hours by picking up open shifts caused by vacations, appointments, and leaves.  Nursing staff is required to work every other weekend/every other holiday. For the appropriate candidate wanting to work every weekend, an incentive of $2.00/hour will be added to the base wage with one weekend off per quarter.

Full-time status is achieved at 30 hours and includes health, dental and life insurance benefits.  Both full-time and part-time positions allow participation in 401K and accrue paid time off (PTO).  PTO combines the time away from work traditionally given as vacation, personal, and holiday pay into a single integrated plan.

NEWCare is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants for the night (NOC) shift. As a NOC Shift CNA the individual is primarily involved in getting the residents to bed, repositioning and personal cares of patients and residents, and restocking rooms. There are full and part time openings available:

*10:00 PM to 6:00 AM – $1.50/HOUR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL ADDED TO BASE WAGE.
*6:00 PM to 6:00 AM – $1.50/HOUR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL ADDED TO BASE WAGE.
